Women Of WWII: Resistance Kickstarter Soon From Bad Squiddo

Bad Squiddo Games will be launching a Kickstarter at the end of August this year with a new Women of World War II campaign. This time, they are focusing on the Resistance and a brand new set of famous figures who aided the war effort.

As per Bad Squiddo's description, there were many countries that had organised and unorganised resistance factions that fought against the fascists in their midst. This project will focus on those exceptional women who were part of those resistance movements, as well as maybe a few men!

Eva Kløvstad // Bad Squiddo Games

For example, we have already been introduced to Eva Kløvstad, who was codenamed Jakob. She was part of the Norwegian Resistance, who had a full 1200 people under her command when she became the leader of District 25 Milorg.

A few more miniatures have also been previewed in the run-up to the Kickstarter, so maybe you can do some sleuthing and work out who they are? I'm sure we're going to be seeing lots more previews before the actual campaign launches.

All of the sculpts have been assembled and they are going off to the mouldmakers. Annie has checked through them all and they do look pretty darn perfect! I think this is going to be a great Kickstarter and one that will feature some awesome miniatures and be a bit of a learning experience at the same time.
