Empress Miniatures’ Spanish Civil War Rumbles On With New Releases

Empress Miniatures recently added a selection of new 28mm Historical figures to their collection for the Spanish Civil War. The Nationalists are getting some added support with three new packs covering Command figures as well as regular Infantry.

The first of the sets features the Nationalist Command element focused on an Officer and a Sergeant alongside a Bugler and a Stretcher Bearer. A great set packed with detail and character that should look great when leading other soldiers into the heat of battle. I particularly like the fellow on the right bellowing orders and urging his soldiers forward.

The Nationalists also get two sets of Infantry that come in a variety of poses. You have soldiers reloading, aiming and firing here in this first set...

...and the second set features Nationalist Infantry rushing forward. As all of the sculpts are individual, you could mix and match these very nicely and get a dynamic-looking squad for your skirmish games. Mixed with the other infantry figures from Empress, you're spoilt for choice.

This is just a small addition to Empress Miniatures' Spanish Civil War range, but one that will be good for collectors and hobbyists seeking to expand their armies and introduce a few more unique miniatures into the mix. More Command options are never a bad thing.
