Hollow Crown’s Trench Crusade Cruciform Order Now On Kickstarter
February 16, 2026 by brennon
Hollow Crown Miniatures are now on Kickstarter with their campaign for The Cruciform Order of St George, a range of miniatures that you can use for your games of Trench Crusade, inspired by plucky Brits sticking it to the forces of Hell.
The Cruciform Order of St George // Hollow Crown Miniatures
Hollow Crown Miniatures is a team made up of Varus Miniatures (Florian Wortmann) and InfamousJT (Jamie Tranter). They are offering their miniatures, sculpted by Ari Níelsson, as both digital STL files for you to print at home but also as physical high-quality cast miniatures for those who prefer the traditional approach.

The miniatures for The Cruciform Order of St George have been created to inspire gamers playing Trench Crusade but also painters who want to try their hand at something new. As mentioned, the range of miniatures here are designed to work with Trench Crusade by Factory Fortress Inc. and has been approved by them to join the expanded range of offerings out there in the world.

The idea is that the Cruciform Order can be used as a New Antioch warband in your games with miniatures that would be compatible with units that you'll find within the Trench Crusade Rulebook. Their lore is unofficial but it's always nice to have some fun options for creating a warband with a unique twist, especially for a narratively driven game like Trench Crusade.

Rather than being 3D printed, the physical miniatures from this campaign are actually cast resin, produced in the UK by CMA Creative Solutions. This is because they want to make sure that the quality of the final result is of the highest possible quality, especially considering the inconsistent outcomes that can come from 3D printing.

The miniatures from this campaign should tick a lot of boxes for those seeking to add a bit of that plucky British fighting spirit into the mix in Trench Crusade. A lot of the inspiration comes from Medieval Crusaders, Men-at-Arms and Knights, as well as World War I/II. It's that great mash-up that makes Trench Crusade so intriguing for folks.
You should find miniatures within this collection that cover all of the New Antioch options that you'd find in the Trench Crusade rules, including some of the heavily armoured options!

Heavy Field Knight B // Hollow Crown Miniatures
You also have a great mix of different weapons, armour and accessories amongst the different characters in this collection. So, you should be able to deal with the minions of Hell from range but also up close and personal should the need arise.
When it comes to pledging for the miniatures, you have some core options as you can see below...

Resin Cast Warband // Hollow Crown Miniatures
There is also a pick-and-choose pledge that allows you to choose your miniatures if you just want a few of them. This is dictated by the packs that you'll have seen above. Equally, there are also plenty of Add-Ons and Stretch Goal unlocks as part of the campaign, plus dice and paint sets from Ionic Smart Colors.
If you want to try before you buy, you can also get the Cruciform Order Drummer Boy to print at home before you dive into this campaign.
Are you going to be picking up The Cruciform Order of St George?
