The Lumberjacks Team Join Steamforged’s Guild Ball Roster

Steamforged Games has revealed a brand new Minor Guild team for you to use with Guild Ball! These Lumberjacks sleep all night and I play all day with a new set of figures, taking to the pitch right now.
Bucker // Guild Ball
The Lumberjacks are a Minor Guild allied to that of the Masons. Rather than rock dust, these folks have worn and weathered hands covered in sawdust! When taking to the pitch, the Lumberjacks rely on their teamwork to get the job done, working together like a well-placed axe swing to land hefty attacks and unstoppable goals.
Cross // Guild Ball
The Lumberjacks also make good use of their Log Piles. It wouldn't be thematic if they didn't get to chuck some wood onto the pitch. These stacks are felled onto the field and can be used to give your team better cover, opportunities for movement and stronger attacks.
Cut // Guild Ball
The team itself is made up of ten miniatures led by Oak as the Captain. Your Squaddes are then Tinder, Bucker, Itsa, Cross, Cut and Cross Cut.
Cross Cut // Guild Ball
As well as the Squaddies, you also have the Mascot Chipper and two of those Log Piles, which can be used in your games. All of the characters look great and I like that the team at Steamforged Games are diving in and giving some new life back into this well-loved game.
Itsa // Guild Ball
I like the movement in the miniatures and the poses all look dynamic and interesting. The sculptors have also managed to line up the miniatures with the artwork very nicely.
Tinder // Guild Ball
These miniatures come in resin and should provide you with a great new starting point for someone wanting great new miniatures for use in Guild Ball.
Oak // Guild Ball
Chipper // Guild Ball

Lumberjacks // Guild Ball
As well as the Lumberjacks landing on the pitch this month, every other official Guild Ball team are going to be coming to MyMiniFactory as paid digital STL files next week. This means that all Guild Ball players can snag themselves miniatures they might have missed out on.

I thought this game was dead? It seems I’m out of the loop on this. Nonetheless, I really like the look of these miniatures.

I think that they might be aiming for mascot bust sales with the way Chipper looks. Ehp, might be time to finally paint my Butchers and look at the Cooks.
I’ve been interested in trying out Guild Ball for a while. This team looks like the best excuse to start.
