Odds, Sods n ......Stuffs. A Medley of Mayhem
Zayna The Ice Gobliness
Finally finished Zayna from Iter Miniatures. Or rather I have forced myself to call her done and put her down before I keep mucking with dopey details and ruin her!! I’m really happy how she came out and was a real first for me as I’ve never painted a bust before. Total learning experience. I covered some of the paints and techniques used further down on a previous entry in this project blog. Paints were Scale75’s Scalecolour on the skin and the fur as I wanted that nice matte finish. The leather was a mix of AP strong tone and GW browns as I want to have a more shiny rubbed leather finish and the hair was done intially with Scale75 black, VMC dark sea green (or is it blue….) and Schminke titanium white and then glazed back with a mix of Scale Inktensity Black and GW Coelia greenshade again to give a more shiny oily finish to her hair.
