After an Undercoat of Army Painter White the Minis were based on 25mm Bases from Rubicon.

Awesome project @elessar2590 – these minis already looks amazingly detailed even with just the white base paint on them!
Do you normally base black powder minis in white?
I tried it with 20mm British and Crown Germans – just because the breeches and shirts are white, I was trying to save myself a step and get the “innermost” colors done with the base coat. I thought that black boots and red jackets, plus equipment and flesh and details, would deliver a decent result.

Thanks for the Comment. Everything I do gets base coated White. Painting a Lord of the Rings Nazgul. White spray undercoat. Painting a British Rifleman. It gets a white spray undercoat. The only time anything else gets base coated other than white is if I use Army Painter Brush on Primer which is Grey and that’s only when I run out of Spray. I always go over the White again anyway so it’s not about saving time for me. Black is just too dark for me. Too much detail gets lost and forgotten simply because I don’t see it during… Read more »
