Below are the paints ive used to do the flesh work, doing a 50:50 mix to gradually build up the colours to the highest highlight of elf flesh

@somegeezer ive added a picture of the paints i used to do the flesh. The flat brown was only used between the fingers where the shadows are really deep, everywhere else i started with the Tan colour
