Really nice work there! My favourite is definitely Cap A. Have you ever played the old Knight Model’s Marvel Game? If so, how do you think the games compare?

Play games? You mean people do more than just put these together and paint them? Where do they find the time? Seriously though, thanks. And no, I haven’t played Knight Model’s game. Relatively late to tabletop hobbying. I discovered modern board games for five years ago now and got into painting the minis for those games. Only recently did I dive off the deep end of hobbying–starting with Infinity of which I have a large collection now, maybe 1/10th assembled (the rest in boxes) and none painted. Hope springs eternal. If you are a beginner then you are putting me to shame with your work. With regards to the older marvel game, I never actually go to play but I had read the rules and bought a team of X-Men. The rules are identical to Knight Model’s DC Comics game. I think the game is a little abstract but flows well with respect to my test plays.

I might try this game out when the mutants arrive.

To be clear, I’m a beginner in hobbying but I’ve put in about 5 years in painting—mainly for board games like Blood Rage and Mice & Mystics, etc. if you’re keen you can find me on BGG.com as joshtogo.
