Halfway There

As the title says, I have finished up half the model. I wanted to leave the bottom half unpainted to illustrate how the process begins and how it ends.
Also, I was taught that the eyes are the focus of the face, and the face is the focus of the model. Therefore, if I don’t get the eyes right, the face is not right and if the face is not right, then there is no point in continuing painting the model.
That is way when I paint display models I always begin with the eyes first and then the face. If I am satisfied with it, then and only then do I continue.
I gave a basecoat of Orange Brown. Three thin layers.
The belt and upper body are ready.
Hopefully, the model will be ready and mounted on its base next week.
