Loving the purple on the back but I just did have a Nam flashback with me being on the back of a PT boat setting off purple smoke… This may have been a movie. Definitely apocalypse now. I need to get a couple of these but I am no longer allowed to buy models until I paint what I have. Crimson stone excluded. So now I am jealous. Great work as always loving the basing.

Thanks mate! I didn’t know what to do with that huge ‘kite’ he has in the back, so I just went with the flow. Apocalypse Now… the only moment with purple smoke I can recall is the Playboy Bunnies performance (so good memories you have 🙂 but I haven’t seen the film for at least 5 years. That in turn reminds me a very old game – Star Grunt – one of the expansion booklets was titled “Bugs don’t surf!” and it fittingly introduced an arachnid-like alien race to the game… the 90’… the memories… And I’m sorry to hear… Read more »
