Next, I did the shoulder plates and the dangly tabard bit. According to the Codex, both shoulder plates get half and Imperial Eagle. And one plate gets the Household symbol (a lion’s head for my household) and the other plate gets the Knight’s personal symbol.

The tabard gets the Household crest, any battle honours the Knight’s earned, and the symbols of any important Imperial organisations that the Knight has served with. As he’s a close combat nutter Gallant, I figured the Flesh Tearers symbol was appropriate.
