Vines and Roses!

As befits the Briar Queen, her warband includes lots of vines and roses.

Vines

Base the vines with Citadel Deathworld Forest. This will probably take about three thin coats. I also recommend at this stage using a larger brush for the easiest to reach places but at the join to the painted areas feel free to use a detail brush for more control.

Wash the vines with Citadel Athonian Camoshade.

Finally highlight the vines with Citadel Straken Green. Focus on the most raised edges such as the leaves, thorns and bends of the vines.

Roses

Base the roses with Citadel Screamer Pink. This will take about two to three coats as well.

Wash the roses with Citadel Druchii Violet. Be carefull around the leaves and vines.

Use a 50/50 mixture of Citadel Pink Horror and Citadel Screamer Pink to highlight the edges of the petals.
