About the Project

From of the 2 player Carnevale box de popular Gondelier. This to give people ideas because there are not a lot of tutorials or guides for painting Carnevale miniatures. I will try to do this for all miniatures in the box.

Priming:

Step 1: Prime the figure in black colour I use the black prime from Vallejo

 

color blocking:

Step 2: basecoat the jacket with Khorne red from citadel paints

Step 3: basecoat the boots with rhinox hide from army painter

Step 4: basecoat the belt, scarf and band around the hat with sceamer pink from citadel paints

Step 5: basecoat the paddle with oak brown from army painter

Step 6: basecoat the metal part on the paddle with skrag brown from citadel paints tis to create a rust effect later

Step 7: basecoat the skin with corpse pale from army painter

Step 8: basecoat the hair with dessert yellow  from army painter

 

Shade:

Step  9: shade all the red and the pink cloths with red tone from army painter

Step 10: shade the paddle, pants, boots and the hair with nuln oil from citadel paints

Step 11:  2 coats of shade on the skin with mild brown from army painter

 

Highlight:

Step 12: highlight on the boots with leather brown from army painter

Step 13:  second highlight on the boots with monster brown from army painter

Step 14: highlight on the skin with corpse pale from army painter

Step 15: second highlight on the skin with ungor flesh from citadel paints

Step 16: third and last highlight on the skin with flayed one flesh  from citadel paints

Step 17:highlight on the pink cloths with pink horror from citadel paints

Step 18: highlight on the red cloths with  mephiston red from citadel paints

Step 19: highlight on the wooden paddle with  doombull brown  from citadel

Paints

Step 20: highlight on the pants with eshin grey  from citadel paints

Step 21:  second highlight on the pants with uniform grey from army painter

Step 22: first drybrush on metal part of the paddle with gun metal silver from army painter

Step 23: then shade it with nuln oil on the metal part

Step 24: highlight on the metal part of the paddle with stormhost silver  from army painter, on the sharp bits.

Step 23: paint the 2 stripes on the pants in auric armour gold (citadel paints) to finish off the mini.
