We're back with some heroic games of Mythic Battles: Pantheon where we'll be taking control of the Gods and doing battle in a mighty clash of Ancient Greek proportions.
Today we're refereeing a battle from behind the table as the game developers, Léo and Benoit, are fighting head to head utilising some deadly maneuver and sneaky tactics against each other.

Good to see Hera and the Lion getting played. Was hoping to see Benoit show us how to win with Athena.

The gameplay of this game keeps being awesome. I’m excited to get it once it’s finished.
I have never seen so many quiet moments in a let’s play. It’s like watching a chess match.

The paint jobs are gorgeous.
When you get the grasp of the game it starts to be a battle of wills. Look at the focus of Leo and Benoit, thinking of all the possibilities. Just like chess but it looks and plays a lot better than a chess game.

What a great game. I can’t wait to create my own legends when the KS arrives. I don’t normally print out Print-and-plays, usually just waiting until I have the game in my hands. For this game, I made an exception, and spent the weeken cuttibg out all the cards and stuff. Hoping to get a game in soon!

Great to see Leo and Benoit play the game. I never expected the huge melee in the middle of the board. I thought that they would both be running the board collecting Omphalos. Just shows i have a lot to consider when i get to play the game later on this year.

When Leo says to the other guys “I didn’t see that coming” when the lion climbed onto the cliff giving it range for attacks and Benoit replies by simply saying “I know”, it was like a scene from a Bond film when the villains being semi smug with 007. Fantastic Lets play and can’t wait for my KS to come in.

But be warned if tempted by a late pledge on a $99 game there is a $31$ shipping cost from France to UK
After 76 backed kickstarters the biggest shipping cost by far
I could take a ferry to France and pick it up for less than that
It’s not a $99 game. It’s a $99 for a core set and a load of extras. If they’d charged $130 for the pledge and said the shipping was free it’d still look like an amazing deal.
$130 for the base game is ridiculously good, considering the amount of stuff in it.
Shipping for The One True Game To Rule Them All level is a fair bit more, but there’s 22kg of stuff in it!
I’ve bought furniture that weighs less than that…

@49 with Cerberus’ second attack on Athena, after the one damage could he also throw her, and throw her onto Hera’s space to again nullify the Petrify threat?

Great game guy`s, nice to see two of the creators going at it. Now we have seen how the game can be played, i for one can`t wait to play. I was looking at the playing area and thinking, i can turn that into a 3D playing area. i`ll look into it, and see what i can come up with.
While watching the game, my 9 week old grandson was sat with his Nan (next to me) watching the video. He was really getting in to it, until his mum said………….we`ll have none of that, your not turning your grandson in to a geek, and moved him away. Have no fear guy`s, when his mum`s not around he`ll be getting his daily dose of BoW.
What a fantastic game. I really enjoyed the game between Justin and Warren and this was completely different – but equally fun. It shows one of the great things about tabletop gaming: that newbies can have amazing fun but that experienced players can still have a really good game too.
More content please. I hear there’s a sea battle video somewhere.
