Monolith are here showing off their new Batman Board Game which should follow in the rather awesome footsteps of Conan later this year.

That’s a very expensive route. I think you should do it and cover it in detail on a youtube channel 🙂

Should be good, but as I am still painting my way through Conan and went big on Mythic Battles I think I might have to give it a miss. Damn
My daughter is a huge Batman fan so I’ll check out the Kickstarter. I was going to get her the Knight Models game for her birthday, but I’ll wait to see which of the 2 she would like more.
Please forgive this shameless post as I’m going after either the 4Ground stuff or the Bushido stuff. I play Bushido here in the states. I teach it to whoever will listen, and I just try and represent it as it is. The best miniature game I’ve played.

Ghostel was my favourite purchase and loved Fabled Realms from 4ground.

Played a full game on Saturday morning. Went really well. Miniatures were fantastic (nearly as good as Knight Models). It is basically Conan with a few tweaks but that is in no way a bad thing. Expect the Kickstarter early next year. Coming with it are rules for Overlord vs Overlord which will also be released for Conan.
I have high hopes for Batman the Boardgame. I will use it for the Batman Miniature game, I can use the tiles from the boardgame to play scenario’s in buildings.
it will be interesting to see if the board game competes with the knight models miniatures game.

But there’s already the Batman miniatures game… Are they related somehow as the character cards even look fairly similar?
They have nothing in common besides being Batman games.
