Fantasy Flight’s In Flight Report contained plenty of exciting news for Star Wars fans.
Massive ships sail into Star Wars Armada, while the spacecraft and characters of The Clone Wars come to X-Wing and Legion.
Sorry Justin, no Gungans for me.

Very cool news for legion. As much as I loathe the prequels for a army game it is a great source of options.
But @dignity you are in need of help ewoks before gungans. Although a gungan force could be good if the idiot is not present.

Gungans actually have some cool army possibilities with beasties and shields, no need to field he who shall not b named though.

Clone Wars era armies (not including Gungans) would be great addition for Legion while it would be good to see some dreadnought class hips like Super Star Destroyer or even Eclipse class Super Star Destroyer (it has Death Star’s super laser) for Armada.
I do think a Separatist Droid army could look pretty sweet in Legion.
If I do get into legion, it’d probably be battle droids.

He would make a great blaster magnet as the opposing player tries to take him out immediately 🙂

While the prequels weren’t quite for me I’d been hoping some of the factions would hit legion. I’m thinking the separatists will draw me in with all the cool droids.

I’ve allways bought every single ship they released for x-wing, but I think I’ll stick to the factions I have now. 3 factions was managable, but it’s becoming a bit much now. Not a complaint. It’s a logical growth for a game this popular.
But with the new edition, I’m allready considering selling of what is now New order and resistance. I like the ships, but I’m not sure I want that much factions.
Corey looks a bit like a bearded and bespectacled brother of Dr. David Shoulder. One of the guys mentioned it, yes, battle droids would be nice, with tanks and artillery and stuff. And a superhero: Grievous!

Gungans could be interesting if you can mix them in to one of the other factions with some restrictions. I must say I am surprised that they didn’t also state that Clone Wars would be coming to Armada. I guess they are holding off on that to not over load their design teams.
