My chosen basing material I picked up a bag of arid earth basing mix from Geek Gaming Scenics. I think it blends in pretty well with my easter egg box flagstones. One of the ingredients is tile grout, which helps cement the bigger stones in place. Downside is its dusty as ****. So I’m going to have to brush it off the rims before I seal them.

Yeah I found the Geek Gaming stuff very dusty to work worth. How did it hold up to being sealed in? My only experience was with the Mars stuff and the colour bled from it when it was sealed.
The arid earth seems to be sealing nicely. Still a bit damp, I’ll check it again in the morning. I think its all natural colours (other than the static grass) so no colour bleeding.
Right now I’m worried about rogue cat hairs.
