Hey folks! I’m finally done with a workload and here to share a funny project. Some time ago I got commissioned to paint a Trench Crusade Pilgrims warband. Less than two weeks later another similar commission popped up. In order to save time on prep and core layers I decided to link both projects.
One warband was to be painted on my level 4 “Chrome & Shiny”, whereas the other was to be painted closer to tabletop, my level 3 “Fast & Furious”, with a few extras. The idea was to start both projects as one, take all the miniatures to a certain point then, upon finishing the lower level one, take the second warband one level up.
I won’t bore you with details. Easy to say the painting process progressed smoothly and the plan worked. Within a week I had the level 3 warband done and level 4 followed suit in a few more days. A fun experience…
