If 3 is enough for a crusade, is 4 a crowd then?

I like the idea of adding the amount of models for the level of hero for Midgard, but I also don’t want to exceed the 60mm base size limit for a leader in SAGA. Is it too crowded for Ἀντίoχoς ὁ Μέγας (Antiochus the Great) on this base? The horses and riders will be painted separately before adding them to the base.

It is crowded, but I think it is what I am gonna go for. I might move them around a little bit and play around with it when I have the energy.
