Hi everyone,

A very short post today.  I have finished two of the three characters I had left. The first is the proxy Ogre Warlock and the second is a mounted proxy Red Goblin Biggit.

With 4th edition Kings of War coming out, I discovered that cavalry characters are now on 50x50mm bases.  So I took the time to remove the knight from its original bases and placing it on the new base.  By the way, I had this figure in my collection since Warhammer 5th edition.

The little archer accompanying my Knight was a very old Citadel miniature that I bought off an old Games Workshop catalogue with an ancient system called mail order and used an order form made of paper, and that was sent in an envelope with a stamp!  It’s all true I swear.

The Knight and warlock were painted in acrylics like the rest of the army.  So was the archer for that matter.  The horse on the other hand I painted in oils, because it is always easier and faster.

All I have left is one more character (the warlord of the army), the two proxy Red Goblin blaster units that I built in the last post; as well as completing my proxy mammoth.

I will see what I will do over the weekend.

Best regards,

NR.
