I used Elmer’s white glue (a brand of PVA glue) for assembly.  I used an X-acto knive and files to clear out the holes of excess paint and sanded the tabs and widen the slots were it was too tight.

Here I’m starting to add the railings to the deck.  I had to clamp them in place to keep them from falling over. I used the adjustable wrench as a weight to make sure the upper deck fit snugly onto the supports.  Here I’m starting to add the railings to the deck.
