New Blood Hags & More For Age Of Sigmar’s Daughters Of Khaine
March 3, 2026 by brennon
Games Workshop has been previewing even more new miniatures coming to Warhammer Age of Sigmar. This time around, they revealed the Daughters of Khaine's new unit, an upcoming Battletome and a range of boxed sets.
Blood Hags // Warhammer Age of Sigmar
We start with the brand-new miniatures for the Daughters of Khaine, the Blood Hags. The Blood Hags act as the fighting elite of the Daughters of Khaine, protecting the shrines and altars that they wheel into battle against their foes. They use the deadly valthrai polearms and throw ki'raich blades, scything down enemies before they can even lift their weapons in response.
I really like the sculpts for these Blood Hags. I think they've done a great job on the design for these, cladding them in more armour which matches their role as elite shrine guardians. The champion of the unit, swinging that massive sword over her head, is brilliant and one of my favourite miniatures in a long time.
Defend The Shrine
The Blood Hags guard the shrines of the Daughters of Khaine and so you'll want a new piece of terrain to watch over. Daughters of Khaine forces will also be able to pick up the Shrine of Dark Tribute.
Shrine of Dark Tribute // Warhammer Age of Sigmar
The Shrine of Dark Tribute boosts the fighting prowess of your Daughters of Khaine who are nearby, as well as gifting extra power to your Wizards and Priests in-game. If you'd rather not throw your lot in with Morathi-Khaine, you can also change the Shrine of Dark Tribute to focus on Krethusa the Croneseer and Morai-Heg. Work against the plots of Morathi-Khaine and empower yourself in other ways.
New Battleforce
To get you started with the Daughters of Khaine, you can also snap up a couple of boxed sets. Leading the way is the Scáthborn Coven Battleforce.
Scáthborn Coven // Warhammer Age of Sigmar
This set features some solid elite elements for someone collecting Daughters of Khaine. At the head of this boxed set is the powerful Morathi-Khaine herself in both her forms as the Shadow Queen and as an Aelf. She is a pretty dangerous individual on the battlefield and a must-have for someone building a Daughters of Khaine force.
She is flanked by five Khinerai Heartrenders and ten Blood Sisters, which can be built in a couple of different ways. If you're going to be focusing on the snake-based aesthetic for the Daughters of Khaine, then this will be a good starting point.
New Spearhead
As well as the Battleforce, you can also get your hands on a new Spearhead to introduce you to Warhammer Age of Sigmar.
Spearhead: Khainite Shadow Coven // Warhammer Age of Sigmar
This set comes with loads of notable Daughters of Khaine miniatures. You get three separate heroes, including the Bloodwrack Medusa, the Hag Queen and a Slaughter Queen on a Cauldron of Blood. They are then backed up by the Khainite Shadowstalkers (originally from Warcry) and ten Sisters of Slaughter with their twisting whips.
New Regiment of Renown
If you want to dip your toe into the Daughters of Khaine alongside another of the Order factions, you can also get a new Regiment of Renown in the form of The Crimson Lash.
The Crimson Lash // Warhammer Age of Sigmar
The gladiatorial games of the Daughters of Khaine are famous and the Crimson Lash is a testament to that. This set represents a band of these killers led by a High Gladiatrix. She is backed up by ten Sisters of Slaughter, looking to prove themselves in the arena. This is an advert for magnetised transport options, as these will absolutely break if you try and pack them into foam.
New Battletome
All of the rules for the Daughters of Khaine will come in the new Battletome, which will be out later this year.
Battletome: Daughters of Khaine // Warhammer Age of Sigmar
The Battletome will feature updated warscrolls and battle traits for the Daughters of Khaine, as well as more details on their Blood Rites and how they have been expanded for the new edition. There will also be plenty of lore, artwork and more to get you excited about running the Daughters of Khaine on the tabletop.
Watch out for the release of the Daughters of Khaine later this year!
