Grab New British Naval Command Sets From Brigade Games
April 9, 2026 by brennon
Brigade Games introduced some new Napoleonic British miniatures into their collection for use in your 28mm scale wargames. These sculpts come from Paul Hicks, who just doesn't stop crafting new miniatures, it seems, for all manner of time periods and genres.
British Royal Marines Command A // Brigade Games
There are two different options for you to choose from, which represent your British Royal Marines Command. This set comes with an Officer, Drummer and a Junior Officer. You can then pair this with their naval boat set and other infantry to turn it into a piece for use in your games or as a diorama piece.
I am getting some proper Hornblower vibes from this set, and this continues with the second set from the folks at Brigade Games.
British Royal Marines Command B // Brigade Games
This set can be used in conjunction with the previous set and gives you another Officer, a Sergeant with Pike and also a Standard Bearer. I really like seeing more sets like this, which tell smaller stories within the larger context of your wargames and your collections.
You now have some great options for those who want to play out a landing where the British might end up being ambushed by the French or, earlier in the period, the Spanish. If you'd like to see more from the Napoleonic British Navy range by Brigade Games, you can find all of the miniatures HERE.
Historical Horror
As an additional option for those diving into their Napoleonic games but with a twist, how about the Female Vampires that you can also get from Brigade Games?
Female Vampires // Brigade Games
You could use these ladies to represent some poor unfortunates who got wrapped up in the events of the French Revolution years before Napoleon's rise. They escaped the guillotine but perhaps in prison, they were given a choice by a rather suave gentleman with fangs. Now, they stalk Napoleonic Europe, looking to drink blood and get some payback. A great pack for those diving into the likes of The Silver Bayonet.
Are you going to be snapping up some of these miniatures?

The Marines do have the best napoleonic hat of all the british infantry.
