Black Scorpion Showcases Their Salute 2026 Miniature Line-Up
April 9, 2026 by brennon
Black Scorpion Miniatures showcased some of the brand-new miniatures they are releasing over the Salute weekend. They will be available at the show this weekend in London but you will also have a chance to get your hands on new miniatures online via their webstore if you can't make it.
Salute Special Knight Superior // Black Scorpion Miniatures
Leading the way, we have the Show Special miniature in the form of the Knight Superior. She is a special miniature in her own right that you can pick up but she is also included free with purchases over £30. She looks suitably badass and would be an excellent option for someone needing a new heroic knight to cleave through the ranks of the enemy.
As well as the Knight Superior, you can also pick up the excellent miniature for the mounted Grand Marshal. Riding a heavily armoured steed, this fellow is going to cause a lot of damage when he crashes into your lines.
Grand Marshal Mounted // Black Scorpion Miniatures
These miniatures are nice for expanding the Breninmoor range from Black Scorpion Miniatures, which could be used to play a mixture of Historical and Fantasy wargames. The detail is spot on and I particularly like all of the accessories hanging from the horse's armour. With a nice backdrop, this could be a very cinematic project.
The Missing Musketeer
As well as the great characters above, you can also get your hands on the swashbuckling form of the Female Musketeer.
Female Musketeer // Black Scorpion Miniatures
She looks great, bringing her sword up to duel with her opponent. The Breninmoor collection already has a Male Musketeer within its collection, so this could be a great way to have a husband and wife duo on the tabletop, fighting their way through the Cardinal's troops in defence of the crown.
Motley Crews & Quirky Killers
The characters are great but you can also get some new troops to help bulk out crews, gangs and warbands in your tabletop games. We start with my favourite, The O’Hara Boys.
The O'Hara Boys // Black Scorpion Miniatures
The O'Hara Boys look like they might be a bit of a handful to deal with. Perhaps they are siblings, perhaps they are fathers and sons. Maybe they're all of that at once! Either way, you can imagine that the O'Hara family might be one that you don't want to mess with when you roll into town. I bet that they have their fingers in all sorts of pies, running the saloons, banks, traders and more in some backwater town on the American frontier.
Whilst that set of miniatures might be great for those running games like Tombstone, Gunfighter's Ball or Dead Man's Hand, this next set are for your piratical games like Cutlass!
Motley Crew // Black Scorpion Miniatures
The Motley Crew have been drawn from all walks of life, perhaps in the wake of some terrible moment that befell a local port. I like the idea that the fellow on the right is either an old captain or a governor who has been ousted by local pirates. The lady next to him could be his daring daughter who is looking to win back their home.
The other two are clearly local pirates who are happy to work for whoever pays them the most money. Maybe within the story, they seem like allies that have a flirtation with being enemies before realising that they have hearts of gold and actually want to help the lady and her father.
Last but not least, we have a set of Archers who can be slotted into the Breninmoor range.
Archers // Black Scorpion Miniatures
Simple Archers with basic helmets and bows at the ready. They also have their short swords for skirmishing, should they need them. They are also in nice poses for a skirmish game, the action poses are perfect for the fighting that breaks out in the heat of the moment.
All of these miniatures will be available early at Salute this weekend and available online through the Black Scorpion Miniatures website.
What do you think of the new miniatures from Black Scorpion?
