I’d probably just use the snap-fit Cadians for the Tyrant’s Legion, you’d just need to remove the aquila’s from the helmets,left breast and las-rifle casings (maybe any water bottles, if those kits have them). Dark blue/black fatigues with silver armour?

And if you have the FW books you at least have all the fluff you need for inspiration. If you want the updated rules Battlescribe is the easiest option, and has the bonus of being free 🙂
