@mage I know I ain’t getting no Shakespeare, but even ‘bad movies’ can be good.

I think they forgot what made the classic 80’s action movies work.
John Wyck was sooo much better despite the plot making zero sense, because the world building and action was damn near perfect.

The Expendables relied a little too much on people recognizing the actors from the golden era of action B-movies.
That kind of worked in the first one, but I can’t say I wanted to see the sequels.

And a movie is bad/boring when even I start to notice bad trigger discipline …

/me shall go paint stuff soon … must eat and sleep now. Oh … and watch Alien in between commercial breaks.
