@limburger – I was thinking exactly the same thing. But, then again, so was Kickstarter. I just got an email promoting this:

so while I did toy with the idea of just dropping £15 on what looks like a load of sticker-covered cardboard boxes with magnets stuck to the insides (I still might, just to see how it works!) I’m really starting to get interested in the idea of 3d printing some interlocking, magnetised “cubes” to make floating platforms and walkways etc.

But just clicking “I accept” to all these cookie requests across various websites is getting a bit creepy now…..
