Right. It’s pancake day.
So…. a few, great big, full-pan-sized crepes? Or a stack of smaller, fatter “american-style” pancakes?

For many years, I swore by the former. But, having got a massive frying pan last year, I tried smaller, fatter ones this time.
I think I prefer them that way.
No matter big or small, it’s Pancake Tuesday so of course we smothered them in lemon juice and sugar.
