ah … ye olde ‘family emergencies’.
You’d think that hiring a ‘communications expert’ would cover that sort of thing.

I guess it’s more like that internet elf that provided servers for several small companies that went missing during a critical time as well.

ie: that ‘expert’ is a one man/woman/thing operation and not an actual competent company.

Then again … CGL and them deserve each other for the sheer amount of incompetence on display with this sort of thing.
