i am accessing the site though my IPad and having it stop working every few minutes and showing the message
“A problem occurred with this web page, so it was reloaded ”
this has made it impossible to access video content, no weekender for me ?.
I am using safari and this problem seems to have coincided with the ott update.

September 25, 2018 at 10:31 am #1274001Ok lets get you sorted mate 🙂
1) What version of iPad and what version of the OS are you using
2) What browsers have you tried (Have you tried google chrome?)
3) Is it any page or just specific pages causing the crash?
September 25, 2018 at 7:20 pm #1274244iOS 10.3.3. (up to date) on a generation 4
not tried chrome so will give it a go
and it’s all over the site, and not getting it on other sites I use regularly
And thanks for the help.
September 25, 2018 at 9:06 pm #1274302Maybe stop using an Ipad or even an android device and use a proper computer.
Had the same problems on my android device and now dont even bother using it.
Switched to my laptop and had no problems.
September 26, 2018 at 2:54 pm #1274655All well and good if that was a option @urbanwarrior but I don’t have a pc in my work space and the iPad means I can be anywhere and still got my OTT hit lol.
i have had trouble free beasts for quite some time on the iPad and am wanting to continue.

It seams there is a glitch in the iOS 10.3.3 that means it will not clear the web data fully. And as a result I would believe that’s where the problem lies.
Thank you for your help @warzan and I hope it’s fixed soon (but it’s apple so may be a while)
