Battlefront – great customer service

Purchased the new Galactic Warzones – Desert Walls from the Battlefield in a Box range.

The arch was warped, leaving an unsightly gap when placed next to the wall section. Sent a photo to [email protected] and the folks sent me a replacement part in the post which arrived within 2 days 🙂

Great customer service!

Nice product which I intend to use for Star Wars: Legion but could work with any desert game in the 28-35mm scale. The product is a slightly darker brown rather than the light sandy colour on the box.

That’s nice to hear – it’s all to often that negative experiences (of any company, not having a pop at Battlefront) tend to dominate reviews and message boards, so it’s nice to see somebody fix your problem in a timely manner. Had my bin damaged the other day and I’ve been told 10 days for a replacement. I wouldn’t mind but I can see the council depot where they store them from my bathroom window…
