    I know there’s some overlap between gamers, reenactors and cosplayers. Show us your impressions!

    I’ll kick things off with my impression of a Captain of the 1st United States Volunteer Cavalry (Rough Riders) of the Spanish-American War of 1898. Shown are the M1895 Officers Undress uniform (sometimes called the “walking out” uniform) and the M1884 enlisted stable/fatigue uniform modified for use in Cuba due to a lack of availability of regular army blue uniforms.

    Sharp eyed viewers will note several inaccuracies that are deliberate in the interest  of practicality.
