I wonder if anyone can help?

I am after a set of rules for 17th century Folk Horror/Witchfinder General/The Last Valley style of game. I have Donnybrook which is good, but I am after a more personally level, character driven game with horror creatures and witches and spells of course.

Basically, I want to use the Bloody Miniatures range of beautiful figures for it

I have Witchfinder General which I like and also En Garde but I am wondering if there are any better rules out there?

Also does anyone know of a good RPG covering this too?

Something you might want to look at is Lobsterpot:

Whilst designed as a grim-dark kit-bashing style game, the rules might be adaptable to something more historical than fantastical as you see fit.

I know it’s set a little later, but worth taking a look at Silver Bayonet?

There’s Witchfinder General by Dashing Dice games. It has a nice set of linked scenarios as well as rules.

As Lobster pot and Silver Bayonet have been mentioned, I’ll just add the Weald.
