    As a community we lose @fcostin and our Space Buns. This is an untenable situation! I propose that we volun-tell our resident wookie @avernos that he must also hold the title and position of Bearer of the Man-bun as he is the only member of the crew with enough hair to do so. (Sorry, @dignity and @johnlyons) Granted, the brothers @warzan and @lloyd might be able to do so but it needs to be upon their noble brows and not anywhere else.

    As a minor Provocateur at Large I propose this motion to the community. What say you?

    hummmmm……………

    My advice is as always in this type of situation, “Let the Wookie WIN”, or you might find yourself with having your arms ripped off!

    I would not care to see @avernos with a ‘ManBun’.  Nope, that just won’t do!

    I still think Shay (sp?) should be added to the rooster with headset-buns!

    A man bun is not the same as space (princess) buns, nor can the former replace the latter. The proposal is inherently flawed and thus…

    REJECTED.

    Also: It is wookiee, not wookie, nor wookiie or any similar sillyness. For mispelling this noble species’ name, please proceed to remove one arm from the major mispelling minor provocateur, @avernos.

    Hmm… the consensus so far seems to be that I might be warranting the General Grievous treatment but there has been the proposal of a hairbun headset. This may be a viable option. Is this manageable in the Wayland budget?

    We, err… I, I guess, appeal to The Powers That Be (not those tentacled shadowy things mind you) that an honorary badge of station be established with such a device.

    @fourtytwo All effected meeting minutes will reflect the offense for historical relevance and be changed to the proper spelling of wookiee

    I found this article and found it interesting……….

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    Which of us media ewoks gets it right? Here are the publications, ranked unscientifically by Google search result for both “wookie” and “wookiee.”

    Gawker has 812 wookiee to 561 wookie. Pro-wookiee ratio: 1.45.

    The Wall Street Journal has 36 wookiee to 45 wookie. Pro-wookiee ratio: 0.80.

    The New York Times has 99 wookiee to 128 wookie. Pro-wookiee ratio: 0.77.

    The Huffington Post has 685 wookiee to 1, 110 wookie. Pro-wookiee ratio: 0.62.

    BuzzFeed has 126 wookiee to 239 wookie. Pro-wookiee ratio: 0.53.

    The Associated Press has 0 wookiee to 1 wookie. Pro-wookiee ratio: 0.0. This is the best media organization, notwithstanding its scant coverage of Kashyyyk-based Star Wars sidekicks.

    But, you know, the person without sin casting thermal detonators and all that: Inverse is wookie 5 to wookiee 1. Pro-wookiee ratio: 0.2. Dammit, guys.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    Interesting how this forum takes us down rabbit holes all the time!

    @templar007 This is the best kind of tumble as the forums are chock full of silliness when we want to have a laugh
