Grab Frozen Empires! New Unofficial Blood & Plunder Supplement

Blood & Pigment's Dan Carlson has put together a brand new unofficial supplement and expansion to Blood & Plunder. Frozen Empires takes you deep into the Great Northern War with loads of new options for expanding your Blood & Plunder adventures from Firelock Games.

Frozen Empires - Blood & Plunder // Blood & Pigment

Frozen Empires, created with the backing of Blood & Plunder's publishers, Firelock Games, covers The Great Northern War, which involved Russia, Denmark-Norway and the Electorate of Saxony (which included the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth) as they fought against the Swedish. This conflict lasted from 1700 to 1721 and cost Sweden much of its standing on the world stage, instead catapulting Russia forward in its stead.

Charles XII Rules // Frozen Empires

The Frozen Empires supplement is currently available from the Blood & Pigment shop. It is a fully digital PDF offering but could give you a great starting point for a new Blood & Plunder adventure. You'll still be able to engage in all of the things that make Blood & Plunder so much fun to play, including ship-to-ship combat and deadly, dynamic skirmishes on land (or a mix of the two!).

Additionally, it seems like there will also be Summer of Plunder integration possible for the nations. So, if you're playing Frozen Empires, then you'll likely be able to join up with other Unaligned forces and take part in Summer of Plunder 2026.
