Army List
Whilst work goes on in collecting the minis using to build this I thought I’d share the current list I am working towards. After some smaller games at 1500 points I realised I loved the Troggs but didn’t so much enjoy pushing 60 grots about even though they were so very effective. So I set about looking for an all Trogg army, something that’s not uber competitive, I’m not looking to win tournaments, but does have a kick to it…

…so that is what I’ve settled on.
All apart from the Hag belong to the Troggherd Battalion which means on every roll of a 6 to wound in melee it’s adding 1 to the damage done. For that and the extra Artefact and command point I think it’ll be worth taking the battalion but only more games will tell.
Talking of artefacts, I’ve not got any listed as I have a few options, be interested to know what you guys think of them…

- Boss – Argentines Tooth (Re-Roll hit rolls of 1 for club), Mighty Blow (Re-roll damage for club)
- Hag – Alchemical Chain (1 additional dispel attempt)
Realm – Aqshy
- Boss – Magmaforge Blade (Wound of 6+ 1 mortal damage in addition), Loonskin (Re-Roll 4+ regen/d3 regen until moon goes off board)
- Hag – Smouldering Helm (Save 6+ in combat phase does1 mortal wound)
Realm – Ghryan
- Boss – Ghyrstrike (+1 hit and +1 wound for club), Tough as Rocks (12 wounds to 14 wounds)
- Hag – Jade Diadem (6+ save heals 1 wound)
So that’s an idea of where I’m heading, next update will be back to some painted mini!
