Damn @buggeroff – I love those bases! How did you get that pattern? Was that some kind of clay or other medium with a rolled or press pattern into it? Just an idea, those two figures that look like they’re carrying StG/MP-44s would work great in a Battle of the Bulge or Budapest scenario. 😀 Same with the one rifleman carrying a Panzerfaust on his back. Winter urban battles (winter clothing and urban bases), late 44 – early 45 for those weapons. Thanks Jim @oriskany ?? Change from my usual of MDF base and GreenStuffWorld super sculpt poly clay. Used the plastic Warlord Games bases and black Milliputt so no baking times just air dried. the Milliputt is a bit more tacky but using some talc alleviates that. Used the usual GSW textures roller Dutch brick pattern wanted irregular paving. I love the GSW rollers, hmmm maybe a bit obsessed actual have loads of them. They have brought out more ??. Just primed grey. Halfords grey and highlighted white. Fully agree suitable for other arenas other than Stalingrad. WG metal minis great… Read more »
