Bringing the Emerald Empire for resurrection, Legend of the Five Rings offers a vast mountainous scape, inspired by East Asia mythology and folktales. Taking the role of a Samurai, players will be edging their blades into rearing disturbance across the land, placing politics and clan warfare in the midst of peace, war, intrigue and mystery.

Being released next month, the upcoming sourcebook has adapted Legend of the Five Rings using the 5E System Reference Document to tweak and tailor the world to a wider player base. Containing 424-pages, players will find a whole scope of information surrounding the Emerald Empire. Take a closer look into clans, monsters and classes to dive into with simplicity in a fresh ruleset.

Legend of the Five Rings has been around for some time now, with the card game, novels, and the previous TTRPG - there is a huge bank of knowledge to dive into. It's wonderful to see such a long-standing title adapt into 5E, to bring more players a chance to head into the world of Rokugan.

Plus, if you think you are going to throw yourself back in at full pace, Edge Studio are releasing a Game Masters Kit alongside the sourcebook release, which contains a 32-page book and a 4-panel game master’s screen.
