Here's an interesting find... the 28mm mini is for scale.

I'll quote directly from the Antenocities Workshop website as I don't want to mess it up...

This will be available with a commercial license and is comprised of the main body,  4 wheels and two front forks and two rear forks.

The forks can be adjusted to vary height but are really only included to give an idea of  positioning and should ideally re placed or added-to when used for commercial purposes, so that you can alter the ride-height to suit your needs.

Now... if I recall correctly, a commercial licence means you can use the model to create your own stuff which you can then sell.

Let's face it guys, if you can get a Speece Murhreen on that bike, you might be onto a winner!
