Build A Fantasy Hamlet With Micro Art’s New Collection

Micro Art Studio has introduced some new pre-painted terrain into the mix for your 28mm and 32mm Fantasy wargames. This new Fantasy Hamlet introduces a selection of nice pre-coloured sets that you can use to make quick and easy battlefields.

As with all of these pre-painted sets from Micro Art, they come unassembled but already coloured. You will need to assemble them by slotting pieces together, whilst other elements may require PVA glue, using the laser-cut HDF panels to create the terrain shown here.

There are three sets for you to choose from, as well as the Fantasy Hamlet Bundle, which collects them all together into one place.

The sets available are the Fantasy Cottages (front), including two different styles of Cottage for you to use when representing the homes of the local populace. You also have the Nobles' Abode (top left), a slightly more upmarket house which has a nice balcony from where you can watch the populace.

Last but not least, you have the Alchemist's Lab (top right), giving you a little tower for the Alchemist to reside as well as a full workshop below. I'm not sure that you can actually see inside these buildings (as it's not been detailed on their webstore entries) but they look the part for a variety of different skirmish games.

I think these would be suitable for games like Moonstone, Burrows & Badgers and ArcWorlde where you're seeking something a bit more whimsical. They would also be perfect for Guards of Traitor's Toll if you got enough of these to form into a section of the city.
