The Terror Is Abroad!

Some of the guys are playing a game where one of the warband members is trapped within a wagon in the middle of the board. Whilst we think that they might get free...there is a Terror that has other ideas.

One of the big draws for the game is the narrative gameplay, and as you can see here the game does invoke a great sense of scale and Fantasy awesomeness on the tabletop.

warwag

ooo… some scary monsters there

beetle

Gives me a feeling of Brotherhood of the Wolf.

kantor72

Yeah 🙂 . It’s been years since i watched that.

dane001

Thats a great little idea for a scenario. there’s sk many possibilities. Im going to have to get my note book out and start jotting down ideas ready.

chosenman44

Noooooooo.

wolf320f

loving the terror model carrying his lunch, you can just imagine him tenderizing them with what will be his tea and supper

golonka

Engaging narrative gaming is really my forte nowadays, so glad to see that Fabled Realms fit that description.

aermord

A strong narrative element is one of the main features I look for in a game.

petey9

Who brought the normans? Are those a kitbash? Or did someone bring minis that already were painted.

snowyak

Great tables.

mc1gamer

Not sure what I like more, the terrain/buildings or the models 😉

collins

loving the scatter terrain here. it really makes a board

shaunbag

BOW and 4Ground really bring awesome tables together, love the game but iv been really inspired with the terrain this weekend

antiphony

This game system drips with narrative.

warhammergrimace

The narrative aspect of this game is really appealing to me….can’t wait to start gaming in this world

dervan

I hope they managed to stop the terror

normandyfan

great pictures

rgreenparadox

capture the flag with a unit.

jemmy

Good scenery always writes scenarios all by itself. That with the wagon is great. And a summoner behind the cart using this as cover. Great!

tosjeck

wow the zenith on these models make them look like Ice status

georgesealy

A group of human(oid?)s with long pointy sticks up against a Terror feels very thematic – looks like it could have been a fun game!

paragon

Is this the biggest monster in the game right now? Size and points? What are the future plans going to include?

hargarpad

looks awesome

darnast

Yeah, I think the story side of things is really ingrained in this game.
