Classic Drow & Mighty Fantasy Monsters From Crooked Dice
December 29, 2025 by brennon
Crooked Dice previewed more of the miniatures that will be released in the new year for use in your games of 7TV and beyond. There are some great, returning miniatures alongside some new sculpts to expand your collection.
Drow // Crooked Dice
The Otherworld Miniatures Drow collection is going to be returning, packed with a lot of characters, troops and more for you to use within your dungeon delving armies. You could also use them to represent a Drow warband in a skirmish game if you prefer. It will be neat to see how people paint their Drow, either going for this style or something more akin to modern Dungeons & Dragons.
More elite options are also coming to support your Drow and give you deadlier foes to face. Clamber across the ceiling and unleash your Driders.
Driders // Crooked Dice
This gives you a great selection of classic miniatures for you to use with OSR-style roleplaying games. I was recently reading the rules for Shadowdark and I think that these would be excellent in terms of style for those dungeon delves.
Beetles & Braying
As well as the classic Otherworld Miniatures range returning, you will also be able to get your hands on new miniatures like these Giant Beetles.
Giant Beetles // Crooked Dice
These "dungeon vermin" come from Pedro "Bugman" Navarro, painted here as Fire Beetles. They will join the expanded collection of beasts and vermin that Crooked Dice already produces.
Want to fight your way through a labyrinth? Check out the impressive Minotaur also coming to the Crooked Dice range soon.
Minotaur // Crooked Dice
This miniature was sculpted by Mariano Pagotti and looks brilliant. Crooked Dice explained that they were big fans of the classic Citadel Minotaur Lord and so wanted one in their own collection. An impressive new figure in an excellent pose, bellowing before slicing his way through enemies with that axe. A nice way to start your Warriors of Athena collection, perhaps?
Pulp Shamblers
Lastly, we also have some more Pulp figures on the way with these Pulp Zombies.
Pulp Zombies // Crooked Dice
These miniatures are more classics, re-released under Crooked Dice. This set of Pulp Zombies was sculpted by Iain Colwell as part of the old Harwood Hobbies range. An excellent set of zombies that would be great for those playing out games set during the early 20th Century.
All of these miniatures and more will become available throughout 2026 from the lovely folks at Crooked Dice.
What do you think?

The end of the year ends on some good news. On a tangent, I hope Hasslefree recover and get back to business. I hate to see all those wonderful sculpts disappear.
I am worried about Gamezone as well. Their site has been down a while
Love the Driders XD
You know what bugs me? Giant beetles.
Kick ass eye glow effects on those
Pulp zombies. I should go through the walking Dead equipment cards and see if anything makes a good Tommy gun stand in
All these figures and perhaps @shayott will get his dark skin domme mommy from the Underdark
Nice to see more Otherworld sculpts return. I was missing a few of the drow sculpts, so this is great news. AFAIK nobody else out there made old-school style drow miniatures, so this fills an empty niche.
Otherworld was one of the best out there. So much nostalgia, like having a physical Monster Manual from 1e.
Ral Partha used to have color called Drow Flesh in their paint range, which was kind of a bluish grey and a very popular skin color for assorted bad guys – Dark Elves, Undead, even Orcs before the Great GWulhu turned them green…..
