Westfalia Bringing New Deathbringer RPG Minis To Kickstarter!
March 27, 2026 by brennon
Westfalia Miniatures have partnered up with Professor DM in order to craft some awesome figures to represent the cover characters for the upcoming Deathbringer RPG! If you're a fan of OSR-style roleplaying games and brutal RPG combat, these should be in your collection.
Deathbringer // Westfalia Miniatures
Boris Wołoszyn has worked his magic once again, sculpting two absolutely awesome miniatures to represent the iconic Deathbringer. As well as the male version of the character, the Kickstarter will also be funding the creation of the female Deathbringer seen in the cover art for the game.
Deathbringer Miniatures // Westfalia Miniatures
Both of these miniatures look absolutely badass and I think a lot of folks will be picking them up just to paint them. I think you could do a great job on these, working on a heavy metal-inspired Grimdark paint scheme that matches the vibe of the roleplaying game.
The miniatures will be in 32mm scale and come in glorious resin. I would imagine that we'll also see more miniatures coming out alongside these two if past Westfalia Miniatures Kickstarter campaigns are anything to go by.
Deathbringer RPG
If you're interested in the miniatures but want to know more about the roleplaying game, you'll soon be able to back it when it comes to Kickstarter.
Deathbring RPG // Professor DM
Deathbringer has been designed by Professor DM and Roll For Combat. It is a brutal, deadly and dangerous Fantasy roleplaying game where combat is fast and death is real. If you're a fan of the brutality of classic OSR games, this is going to be for you.
Deathbringer has been built to work seamlessly with Shadowdark but the flexibility of Deathbringer means that its mechanics should slip into whatever you prefer from the OSR world. The rules have also been made fast to learn and easy to play, allowing you to get right into the fighting as soon as possible.
You can choose from some cool classes when you dive into Deathbringer. Perhaps play the Battle Nun or the Bounty Hunter? What about the Doomscribe, Fighter, Plague Doctor or Thief? All of them have been brought to life with cool, OSR-inspired artwork.
I am really intrigued by Deathbringer and what it will bring to the table. I like that they've also seemed to make death an important part of the game. You can find out plenty more about Deathbringer HERE and sign up to the mailing list so you can catch the Kickstarter in May.
Do you like the miniatures and the sound of the RPG?

And one need only to play Babymetal tracks as a means of putting this soundtrack on its head.
Very, very cool. I love Professor DM; Deathbringer himself looks f***ing badass, and the female version looks like she’ll ruffle all the prudish squares’ feathers for sure.
Hand-sculpting will never die!
Awesome meeting of the minds on the project
