Full Thrust for the win. One of the best games ever made. It is really pick&play and so much fun.
Yup got to have been one of the most flexible space systems ever created
Nice to see that FT is still going strong. Played it a lot with play by email back in the day… damn, that was about twenty years ago!!!
That table is amazing!
I could barely focus on anything else.
I’ve still got an old NSL fleet kicking around somewhere I used to play with my uncle. I’m going to have to dust it off and see if he’s up for a game 🙂
fantastic looking tables
Wow… I didn’t know it had been 20 years. I may have to dig mine out again…
looks a fun game and i love the board!
really makes the atmosphere pop, good job guys
Man, love that game board.
Design your own ships sounds cool, and that table is awesome!
Those guys put so much effort in this system, gotta love ’em! 🙂
Great table, classic game that still plays well.
What an interesting system – and a great table
Dat table is da best
I like the stat cards, the Red ship on the cover reminds me of the red ship from Space Engineers.
Cool idea for a demo board!
Another great rule system that has stood the test of time. Always liked that it could be used for any models from bsg to star trek and star wars.
Great to see FT getting some love
I’ve played FT in early 2000’s, and it’s still one of my favorite systems. Some aspects have aged, some are not perfectly balanced, but overall, it’s still one of the hallmarks of space gaming, and I am very happy to see it being given a new life with this amazing box.
Now tell us when we can buy the damn thing : P
Full Thrust was the first non GW game I ever played and I still have the rule books kicking around somewhere. To see it with a proper boxed release is fantastic and those light boards.. wow! Where can I get one for my X Wing games?
I have heard great things about this.
Full Thrust is a great game. I try to get a game in every year when I go to GenCon. I’ve played many variations of of game Star Tek, Star Wars, and Battlestar Galactic.
Those tables really stood out, where do you get a light box thing that size?
It’s such a good game!
..and the lit table looks amazing!
That table is mad!
The tables did the game credit
The table is amazing. I n all the years I have played space combat games I have never played Full Thrust. Must take a look at it soon.
Who’s selling the DIY plans for that table??
Hi!
We are not selling the DIY plans, but if you need some informations, write Sascha @ [email protected]
Cheers!
And after 20 years the GZG ‘verse still rocks hard – Full Thrust forever! 🙂
I have 2 fleets which I will have to dust off and get the club playing.
Those tables looked great
I’m a big fan of space combat games but have never got round to giving Full Thrust a go. Mainly due to lack of players in my local area. May have to try to remedy that!
As an aside, I’d sell my soul for one of those tables!
These guys are really dedicated to Full Thrust.
Btw. The Shipbuilders are quite good so you can easily build an shiup/fleet list for an existing fleet like a Gothic fleet. And the rules are quite easy to learn.
Excellent spaceships.
I’ll have to look in to that rule set.
Its tried and tested it cant go wrong its got space, easy to pick up what more can you ask great game another tick on the christmas list lol
damm i forgot to come back to thattable to give it a go, did someone played it, how it feels?
Did anyone else see the MacDonald space station drive through on the day?
The play surface was awe inspiring and the other scenic pieces and mines etc looked beautiful together.
The space lanes are getting busy.
And did he say you can build your own ships in this game system?
Hello Bucketknight!
Yes, you can build your own Datasheets for your personal spaceships. So you can use any miniature you want. There is an online tool on http://www.mechworld.de It´s the Full Thrust shipyard. It´s free to use. If you have any questions, write us on [email protected]

All the Bests,

Every time I see Full Thrust it magnifies my desire for a Babylon 5 game that will probably never happen
Great table
Worth look at this and trak his proces but quite interesting!
Yay, Full Thrust!
Fantastic table really great looking on the day
I’ve never been a huge fan of space games for the sake of them (i.e. I only like BFG because it was set in a game universe I liked), but this table looks amazing. If Salute had been for 2 days, it’s definitly one I’d have liked to have had a demo of.
Excellent table, and I’ll need to look into this since it sounds like it allows custom ship specs.
The english version of the FT game box is now up on the store:
