Pandasaurus Games have announced their brand new board game, Brew. Two to four players embark on a new adventure as mystics where their goal is to restore balance in the heart of the beating forest after time had broken down the ecosystem.

At the start of the game, players will be quick to realise that the forest is in complete disarray. Both seasons and times of the day are coinciding, causing chaos and havoc to its inhabitants.

Players work together in the favour of the forest, using their dice to gather ingredients and concoct potions to heal the spaces of the woodland, team up with the whimsical residents and mystically manipulating the seasons.

The artwork is simply beautiful and highly detailed and makes me feel like I am on a new side-quest in Ni No Kuni. Illustrations by Jake Morrison and assisted by Andrew Thompson completely fit the theme of the game. Adding the whimsical, colourful and adventurous feel to the game as you are saving the forest and its inhabitants from peril.

The game itself is described as light-to-midweight, and as you can see above that the components consist of tokens, cards, dice and a reasonably sized board. You will be able to manoeuvre this box into your next game night with ease!

I have got high hopes for this game, so I am hoping for when it does release that it will play as smoothly as it looks. This new game is due June 16th this year, but pre-orders will be available in late spring 2021.

What do you think of this new title coming up from Pandasaurus Games?
