A little bit of the anime is going on there, mixed with some Northern barbarian spirit. I love the cobbled together look of both his armour and weapon, making him a pretty awesome miniature for role-playing in a fantasy world.

That is prolly my favourite Barbarian. Certainly way up their.
Don’t like the horn on the shoulder pad but that is a snip and file away from being resolved.
I really like that for once we have a well toned Barbarian who isn’t pumped on steroids
I like the jungle feel it has with the banana leaf and all.
You can never have enough stupid oversized weapons. Must be my theme today. I guess I’m just getting tired of buying models and replacing the weapon with something realistic. Otherwise I’d be buying this model. I agree with chibi that it is refreshing to see proportional musculature.
But this one is only made of banana leaves wrapped around a coconut so it is not too bad.
