@warzan does your announcement mean the shutting of the OTT store? If yes, Waylands retail profile is not great within the community
Also who still works at OTT since the takeover as some people haven’t been seen on screen since, i.e. Sam etc
Wayland has actually become my go-to over the last year or two. I agree they used to be a nightmare, but I would say they have got it together so if you haven’t used them recently it might be worth another look. Free delivery over £20 as well which is why I now use them whenever I can. No sweeties though, granted.
Same. I wasn’t a fan of Wayland for a long time but the low free delivery threshold and accurate stock levels have turned that right around for me.
@phoenixman Sam has left the company some time now. If you look at the “meet the team” tab that’s basically everyone for now plus @shayott and @avernos.

My wife often insists we should go to the theatre. I go along an try to bite my tongue, since it’s not as exciting as watching a film. But she puts up with me dragging her along to jam nights and let’s be honest, the music is rarely as as “good” as listening to an album, so we’re quits on that score.
But each is a real-life experience. You see and hear much more than just the play in front of you. Like how lighting works.
@warzan you need to get out more! Get yourself off to the theatre 😉

The main lights sit between the audience and the stage, lighting the characters up, rather than shining in your face, turning them into silhouettes! (I know you’ve been to a few concerts, and we all know how annoying it is when those stupid stage lights shine out into the crowd and catch you square in the face).
Don’t hide your lights inside your dungeon, so they shine out at you from hidden places – why not place the LEDs in front of the dungeon, shining in? You could put a shield in front of them and even some 3d printed greebles to disguise its function. Just hook them on little arms on the front roof of each section, and run the wiring above the LEDs, hidden behind the same shields – all your problems solved in one!

For cheap lights, search on Amazon for “LED balloon lights”. Found 120 under $10 during Cyber Monday and fiddled with them. For dungeons, add some cotton to diffuse the light, since LED lights can be hard to look at. Archon tiles have pre-drilled holes for bits, and you could somehow use this to help light up the board.
Tea lights painted black except for the flame also work. I know DM’s Craft has extensive YouTube tutorials on using them.
If you have a portcullis, put a light behind it and have it shine on the dungeon area!
