The Crusades were one of the bloodiest times in history and have become thoroughly romanticised in modern day, a combination which provides us with the perfect setting for epic wargaming.

If you want to send out troops in glorious cavalry charges than look no further than Curteys Miniatures new mounted knights.

These might make some characterful additions to your medieval armies, possibly just as unit champions.

However, I think that the horses seem kind of weak looking in comparison with their riders.

Also, if you want to give your cavalry a Teutonic appearance Curteys have a selection of decals for you to use.

Any of you historical players think these might be worth using?
