Sound the Charge with Wargames Factory

Some new models from Wargames Factory are now on sale! Check out their War of Spanish Succession Cavalry below...
The box contains enough for twelve mounted cavalrymen with a mass of other torsos, heads and various accessories to make them your own.
Will you guys be buying any of these to fill your historical wargaming ranks?
These guys will make excellent pistoliers for my Warhammer Empire army. Thanks Wargames!
War of the Spanish Succession – is that popular? Hang on a second, that’s Marlborough. Ah, now I remember. It’s a game of comparing lapel size 🙂
On a completely tangental language nerd topic, it’s interesting that they use the English spelling of “through” on the box for an American phrase.
Thought the Lapel Wars raged across the land in the 1970’s?
Along with the historically neglected Collar Conflicts
Many a lad was lost from a cliff top, A gust of wind could catch the unwary by the collar and generate enough lift to send them hang gliding out to sea! 🙁
These look interesting but will wait to see some made up first
“Our long anticipated War of Spanish Succession Cavalry set can be made into 12-Horsemen and comes with 12-horses, 12-sets of legs for riders, over 50-torsos (including armored torsos for cuirassiers) and over 60-heads (including tri-corn, helmeted, grenadier and dragoon headwear). They can be armed with a brace of pistols, muskets/carbines and/or swords. Heads and accessories are interchangeable with the WSS Infantry set for even more options! Models come with 25mm x 50mm cavalry bases and are supplied unpainted. Models require assembly”
[obvious]That is a lot of spares [/obvious]
Wow that is a lot of spares for all sorts of conversions. I might have to pick some up.
The lapels and turnbacks come as a separate set 😉
Is the cover image correctly done? I mean Im sure the lapels where a dull red not that fancy slightly dull red. Good to see historical stuff on BoW- Ill mention figs to my mate who is mad for a bit of black powder lace action…oh errr
Certainly going to be keeping an eye on a lot of the Wargames Factory stuff. I love their Dark Age saxons/vikings.
will def be getting some of these. keep the historical updates coming bow
