On the outside you may be a mild mannered (or perhaps ill tempered?) gamer, but within may lie the heart of a pirate! You can now let that inner pirate come through in a new Kickstarter by Mayday Games: Dead Man's Draw! Dead Man's Draw is a pirate themed, press your luck kind of card game, where 2-4 pirates, errr people can face off against one another in an attempt to collect the most treasure! Do you play it safe and take the loot as it comes, or will the pirate greed consume you as risk it all to gain more treasure?

The game plays fast in only 10-15 minutes and allows bonuses for card combinations as well as playing a similar suit or trait during game play.

The Kickstarter is offering a really cool, try it before you buy it, tactic where you can download and play the game before investing to get a feel for how the game plays.

Loving all things pirate, I have to have this game. Looks like it's time to dust off the pirate costume (yes, I have one) and play some Dead Man's Draw! Given the recent conversation around gaming outdoors, I think this game may make it's way onto a pier with me one of these weekends.
